Each year over 2 million people in United States are affected by traumatic brain injury. A TBI (traumatic brain injury) Clubhouse is a supportive network of members and volunteers who participate in social, recreational and work-oriented programs for the purpose of using and developing practical and functional living skills.

HansonHouse Traumatic Brain Injury Clubhouse is the first program in Ohio based upon the true Clubhouse model of community re-entry for people with traumatic brain injury.

TBI News

Bob Woodruff is a spokesperson for Brain Injury Association of America.

HansonHouse TBI Clubhouse collaborated with Baldwin Wallace College Neuroscience and Journalism Departments in an interactive class on brain injury. This was a new class offering at the college and was an exciting experience for HansonHouse members and the students that participated in this new class.

At the annual meeting of the Brain Injury Advisory Committee (BIAC) the State Directors will be present. The BIAC will deliver a comprehensive report on the needs of TBI survivors in the State of Ohio and the funding needed to support these needs. The various BIAC committees will report on their present activities and their future goals.

How can you help participating businesses and HansonHouse?
