Bob Woodruff is a spokesperson
for Brain Injury Association of America.
HansonHouse TBI Clubhouse collaborated with Baldwin Wallace
College Neuroscience and Journalism Departments in an interactive
class on brain injury. This was a new class offering at the
college and was an exciting experience for HansonHouse members
and the students that participated in this new class.
At the annual meeting of the Brain Injury Advisory Committee
(BIAC) the State Directors will be present. The BIAC will
deliver a comprehensive report on the needs of TBI survivors
in the
State of Ohio and the funding needed to support these needs.
The various BIAC committees will report on their present
activities and their future goals.
How can you help participating businesses and HansonHouse?
HansonHouse is actively pursuing various funding opportunities
for the operation and continuation of services to the adult
survivors of brain injury. Please watch this website for
opportunities to help in securing needed funds by purchasing
product from various businesses that offer a gift to a charity
of your choice when you purchase an item. Many of these opportunities
are for online purchases; however there may be more on this
at a later date. Do you know a business that would like to
be part of this? Are you a business person that would like
to be part of this? If so, contact Paul Richards at 440-234-9900.
